Ingredients
1CupBrown or black eyed beans
2tbspnPalm oil
1tbspnCayenne pepper
1tbspLocust beans
1Stock cube
1Salt
Instructions

Put the beans in a pot or pressure cooker, add water and cook till very soft.
When beans is cooked, take it off heat. Pour cooked beans in blender and blend till smooth.
Pour blended beans back in the pot and put on stove. Add stock cube, locust beans, cayenne pepper, palmoil and salt to taste.
Leave to cook for 5 minutes then take off heat.

Best served with Ewedu, buka stew and amalaYou can substitute Cayenne pepper for fresh pepper (Scotchbonnet +bell pepper) Gbegiri thickens easily which is ok. Add water to get your desired concistency.Did not count calories for this recipe.
