3CupsEwedu (jute leaves)
2tbspnLocust beans
1 Stock Cube
Salt
Instructions
Pick the Jute leaves from the stalk and wash with warm water to get rid of dirt.
Pour in blender and blend with little water
Pour blended Ewedu in a pot, add locust beans, stock cubes and salt. Put on heat and cook for 2 minutes before taking off heat
Notes
You can use frozen Molokhai if you are unable to get fresh ewedu leaves
