Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe plantain
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Peel and slice plantains
  • Add oil in a pan and put on heat. When oil is heated, arrange cut plantain in the oil.
  • Fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat or till golden brown then turn to fry the other side.
  • Transfer to kitchen towel lined plate to drain excess oil then serve.

Notes

Best served warm.
No salt needed as Plantain is naturally sweet.
