- 2 lb (1kg) Potatoes
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Wash the potatoes to remove dirt from them.Use a kitchen towel to pat them dry. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Add garlic powder, rosemary, black pepper, parsley, salt, and olive oil. Mix till the cubed potatoes are well covered in the spices.
Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to a temperature of 360F/180C.
Air fry the potato cubes for 10 minutes. Bring out the air fryer basket, shake the potatoes and continue to bake them for another 10 minutes.
Bring out the air fryer basket, serve the potatoes and enjoy.
