Mixing bowl
Measuring spoons
- 2.5 tablespoons Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Cayenne
- 1 tablespoon Onion granules
- 1 tablespoon Garlic granules
- 2 teaspoons Thyme
- ½ tablespoon Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Salt or to taste
Dry a small mixing bowl and measuring spoons.
Measure all the ingredients in the bowl.
Mix till all the ingredients are well combined.
- Adjust the quantity of the cayenne pepper to suit how spicy you want the seasoning
- Dry all the utensils you will use to make the spice mixture. Wet utensils can make the seasoning clump and moldy when stored.
- It's best to make it in small batches so, you don't store it for more than six months at a time. This way, you have fresh seasoning that hasn't lost flavor.
