- 6 pcs Chicken Thighs Bone in
- ½ tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- ½ teaspoon Dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon Ginger powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper or to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Use a paper towel to pat dry the chicken thighs.
In a bowl, add paprika, garlic powder, parsley, thyme, ginger, vegetable oil, black pepper, and salt. Mix well till combined.
Brush the seasoning mix all over the chicken thighs.
Arrange the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't stack them.
Air fry chicken thighs at a temperature of 200C/400F for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, use a tong to flip the thighs and continue to air fry at 400F/200C for another 12 minutes or till they are cooked.
When they are cooked, bring them out of the air fryer. Let them rest for a few minutes, then serve.
- After seasoning the chicken, if you have the time let it marinate in the fridge for 60 minutes or more.
- Adjust the pepper and salt quantity recommended to your preference.
- You can use any of your favorite chicken seasonings, or spice rub to season the chicken thighs.
- Don't stack the chicken in the air fryer basket. Arrange them in a single layer.
- If the chicken thighs don't fit in the air fryer basket, cook them in batches.
- After air frying the chicken, let them rest for 3 minutes before cutting into them.
- Air fryer brands vary with their temperature settings, so you might have to adjust the cooking time.
