Ingredients

  • 1 kg Lamb chops
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion granules
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon Suya spice Optional
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon each Parsley and Rosemary Optional

Instructions

  • Pat the lamb chops dry with kitchen towels.
  • Mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, suya spice, and salt.
  • Brush the lamb chops with olive oil then sprinkle the seasoning to cover them evenly.
  • Arrange the lamb in the air fryer basket and air fry for 5 minutes at 200C/400F.
  • Flip and air fry for another 5 minutes or until cooked tender inside.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

How long to air fry lamb chops is 10-12 minutes at 200C/400F for well done lamb.
To cook it rare, air fry for 5-6 minutes.
Medium rare- 6-8 minutes.
  • Brushing the lamb with olive oil helps the seasoning stick and lets the skin crisp.
  • If you have the time, cover the seasoned lamb and let it marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Don't overcook lamb to avoid it getting dry or tough.
  • Add garlic butter to the lamb if you like.
