Lamb Chops- Use lamb loin chops, lamb shoulder chops, or lamb steak.
Seasoning- Paprika, garlic powder, Onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Suya spice (Optional) - Any good store-bought or homemade suya spice works. I like using this but you can leave it out and the lamb will still taste great.
Salt
Herbs (Optional)- Parsley and Rosemary work great.
Olive oil- I used extra virgin olive oil but this can be substituted for sunflower or vegetable oil.

Pat the lamb chops dry with kitchen towels.
Mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, suya spice, and salt.
Brush the lamb chops with olive oil then sprinkle the seasoning to cover them evenly.
Arrange the lamb in the air fryer basket then air fry for 5 minutes at 200C/400F.
Flip and air fry for another 5 minutes or until cooked tender inside.

How long to air fry lamb chops is 10-12 minutes at 200C/400F for well done lamb.
To cook it rare, air fry for 5-6 minutes.
Medium rare- 6-8 minutes.
