- 4 450g Lamb steaks
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Onion granules
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat the air fryer to 190C/380F.
Mix the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, rosemary, garlic, onion, black pepper, and salt.
Add the steaks into a bowl or Ziploc, add the marinade to it, and gently massage the marinade into the meat, cover, and let it marinate for 5-10 minutes.
Transfer the lamb steaks into the air fryer basket. Arrange in a single layer and air fry lamb steaks at 190C for 8 - 12 minutes or till you achieve the level of doneness you prefer.
Bring the steaks out of the air fryer, rest them for 5 minutes, serve, and enjoy.
