Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon Fillet
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion granules
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • teaspoon Black pepper or to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the salmon fillets into cubes of 1-inch size each.
  • Mix paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion granules.
  • Add the seasoning and oil to the diced salmon and gently mix till all combined.
  • Transfer the seasoned Salmon to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry salmon cubes for 5-6 minutes.
  • Take it out of the air fryer, and let it rest for 2- 4 minutes.
    Serve.

Notes

  • Cut salmon into similar sized cubes so they cook evenly.
  • After it's cooked, let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving it.
  • Toss in sauce like bang bang, or garlic butter for extra flavor.
  • Don't overcook as salmon can become dry and chewy when overcooked.
