Air Fryer Turkey Wings
These air fryer turkey wings have crispy skin, and are juicy and tender inside. Making turkey wings in air fryer is easy and quick and this my recipe uses a few simple ingredients.

- 1 kg (2lb) Turkey wings
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon Thyme
- ½ teaspoon Onion granules
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Clean and pat the turkey wings dry with kitchen towels.
Mix paprika, garlic, onion, thyme, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Add the seasoning and olive oil to the turkey wings and mix till they are well coated in the seasoning.
Arrange the wings in the air fryer in a single layer without overlapping.
Air fry turkey wings for 15 minutes at 180C/380F. Flip the wings and continue cooking them for another 10-15 minutes.
Bring out the wings, and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Pat the turkey wings dry so you get crispy skin after cooking them.
- Season the turkey wings a few hours before cooking. This allows them to absorb more of the seasoning and intensify the flavour.
- No need to preheat the air fryer for this recipe.
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket, it's best to leave space in between the wings.
- After air frying turkey wings, you can toss them in a sauce like garlic butter, pepper sauce, lemon butter, tomato sauce, or any other tasty sauce.
