These air fryer turkey wings have crispy skin, and are juicy and tender inside. Making turkey wings in air fryer is easy and quick and this my recipe uses a few simple ingredients.
Air Fryer Turkey Wings Recipe
These air fryer turkey wings are seasoned with simple herbs and spices and then air-fried to perfection.
When you don't want to cook a whole turkey or turkey breast, you can make these air fried turkey wings for Thanksgiving or Christmas. The wings are dark meat and flavorful.
It's cheaper and quicker to cook, requires minimal prep, and cooks in under 30 minutes.
I used pre cut Turkey wings flats for this recipe, but you can use whole turkey wings cut into flat, drummette, and tip.
You can use frozen or fresh turkey wings but if using frozen wings, it's best to thaw them first before seasoning. If cooking them from frozen, it will require additional cooking time.
The seasoning I used for this air fryer turkey wings is dried herbs and spices which are pantry ingredients and easily accessible.
These turkey wings are flavorful, juicy inside, and crispy on the outer. It comes out perfect and tastes amazing.
It is versatile and can be served with potatoes, veggies, rice, or any side dish of your choice.

How To Cook Turkey Wings In Air Fryer
Step 1- Clean and pat the turkey wings dry with kitchen towels.
Step 2- Mix paprika, garlic, onion, thyme, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt.
C Step 3- Add the seasoning and olive oil to the turkey wings and mix till they are well coated in the seasoning.
Step 4- Arrange the wings in the air fryer in a single layer without overlapping.
Step 5- Air fry turkey wings for 15 minutes at 200C/400F. Flip the wings and continue cooking them for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 6- Bring out the wings, and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
How Long To Cook Turkey Wings In Air Fryer
It's important to cook turkey wings to a core temperature of at least 75C/165F. You can use an instant read digital thermometer to accurately measure the temperature at the thickest part. Turkey is cooked safely only when it is cooked to 75C/165F. The inside will also be steaming hot.
Depending on the size, how long to cook turkey wings in air fryer is between 25-30 minutes.
