Here’s a step by step instructions on how to cook it:

Set the temperature of the air fryer to 400F/200C.  Pour the frozen broccoli into the A fryer basket- Do not overcrowd.

Sprinkle the seasoning on top and spray with olive oil.

Air fry broccoli frozen for 10-12 minutes or until it's tender and crisp. Shake the basket at 5 minutes into the cooking time.

Bring out the broccoli, serve, and enjoy.

How long to cook frozen broccoli in air fryer is between 8-12 minutes. This however depends on factors such as the size of the air fryer, the brand, wattage, etc.

Also, the size of the frozen broccoli florets is a factor as big florets will take longer to cook than small ones.

Check on the broccoli from 8 minutes then adjust the cooking time accordingly.

How To Store  

Let the broccoli cool down completely before storing. Put them in a freezer container with an airtight lid and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.  

To Reheat it in the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400F/200C. Place the frozen broccoli into the basket and cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle your seasonings, shake, and serve.      

In the microwave- Place in a microwavable plate and heat for 2minutes at intervals till heated as desired.

You can also reheat them in the oven by placing the broccoli on a baking pan and roast at a temperature of 200C for 5 minutes or till heated through.

Once reheated don't refreeze.

  • Cook it from frozen without thawing.
  • You can season with vegetable seasoning or any of your favorite seasoning.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if need be.
