Boneless chicken breast - I use boneless chicken breast which I dice into cubes of about an inch each.
Cajun seasoning- A combination of paprika, cayenne, and some other seasonings (see recipe card below). You can use this homemade cajun spice mix or a good store-bought cajun seasoning if you prefer.
Olive oil
Salt
How To Cook Diced Chicken In Air Fryer
Make the seasoning by mixing paprika, cayenne, garlic granules, onion granules, oregano, and thyme.
Pat the chicken breast dry with kitchen towels.
Use a sharp knife or kitchen scissors to cut it into 1-inch cubes and add the cubed chicken to a bowl.
Add the cajun seasoning, oil, and salt. Mix till well combined.
Transfer the seasoned cubed chicken to the air fryer basket.
Air fry diced chicken breast for 8-10 minutes at 200C/ 400F. Shake the basket once during cooking.
Bring out of the air fryer, and rest the chicken bites for 5 minutes.

How Long To Cook Boneless Chicken Bites In Air Fryer
If cut into 1-inch cubes, how long to cook boneless chicken bites is 8 minutes at 200C/ 400F.
If cooked at 180C/390F, the cooking time is 10 minutes.
I don't advise cooking it at a lower temperature. I have experimented with different temperature settings and I found 200C/400F the best to get perfect results of juicy and tender chicken bites. Chicken is cooked when the internal temperature is 160F.
How To Serve
Serve as a snack or appetizer or serve as main with side dishes like diced potatoes, roasted potatoes, broccoli, and rice.
How To Store
Let the cooked diced chicken bites cool completely then pack them in an airtight container or Ziploc, and put it in the fridge where it will stay good for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Reheat in the air fryer, microwave, or oven.
