First, pat the chicken quarters dry with a kitchen towel so as to reduce moisture.
Add the paprika, garlic powder, parsley, black pepper, onion powder, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Mix well till combined.
Brush the marinade all over the chicken making sure to cover all the chicken parts.
Cover the bowl with clingfilm and put the chicken in the fridge to marinate for 1-4 hours.
Arrange the chicken quarters in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't overlap.
Air fry leg quarters at a temperature of 190C/380F for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, use a tong to flip the chicken quarters and continue to air fry at 190C for another 12 minutes or till they are cooked.
When they are cooked, bring them out of the air fryer. Let them rest for a few minutes, then serve.

You can cook frozen chicken leg quarters in the air fryer and here's how to do so:
In a small bowl, add the paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, salt, and olive oil.

Arrange the chicken leg quarters in the air fryer basket in a single layer and do not overlap.
