Combine the ingredients (salt, black pepper, paprika, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder) for the dry rub in a bowl.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 380o F/ 190C (Do not skip this step).
Rinse pork chops with cool water and pat dry with a paper towel.
If you have time, put the pork chops in the fridge to marinate for a few hours.
Rub olive oil on pork chops and season both sides with the dry rub.
Put the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
