Here’s how to make frozen roast potatoes in the air fryer:
Set the temperature at 400F/200C to preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes.
Place the frozen potatoes into the air fryer basket- Do not overcrowd.
Let it cook for 20 minutes or until fork tender and crispy on the outside (shake the basket every 5 minutes to cook evenly).
Remove the basket and sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (optional)
Shake to evenly spread the seasonings.
Serve and enjoy with any side of your choice.

How To Store
Let the potatoes cool down to room temperature before storing.
The best way to store leftovers is in the freezer. Place in a freezer container with an airtight lid. You can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
In the fridge: Place leftovers in a plastic container with an airtight lid. Be sure not to squeeze the potatoes into the plastic. Store in the fridge. Do not exceed 3 days.
To Reheat it in the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400F/200C. Place the frozen potatoes into the basket and cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle your seasonings, shake, and serve.
In the microwave- Place in a microwavable plate and heat for 2 minutes at intervals till heated as desired.
You can also reheat them in the oven by placing the roasties on a baking pan and roast at a temperature of 200C for 5 minutes or till heated through.
Once reheated don't refreeze.
