- 600 g Chicken drumstick fillets
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Garlic granules
- ½ teaspoon Onion granules
- ½ teaspoon Mixed herbs
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Use paper towels to remove excess moisture from the chicken. Pat each fillet dry.
Add the paprika, black pepper, garlic granules, onion granules, parsley, thyme, salt, and olive oil to the chicken fillets. Mix till they are well coated.
Arrange the drumstick fillets on a baking tray (You can line it with parchment paper), leaving a bit of space between each piece.
Bake at 200 °C for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If you want an extra crispy outer, turn on the broiler for the last 2 to 3 minutes.
