- 1 kg Turkey wings (2kg pictured)
- 1 small Onion
- 1 tablespoon Curry powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Parsley
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper or to taste
- 1 Stock cube
- Salt to taste
Clean turkey wings and add them to a pot.
Add curry powder, dried thyme, paprika, stock cubes, chopped onions, and salt. Add water to cover the wings by a ¼ inch.
Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes or till the wings are tender.
Take the pot off the heat, let the turkey wings sit in the stock for 5 minutes, then remove them from the stock.
Serve as desired or bake in the oven or air fryer for a crispy, golden brown finish..
- Let the Turkey wings sit in the stock for 5 minutes before removing them from the pot. This allows it to infuse more flavor.
- If you like, you can add carrots to boil with the turkey.
- Don't discard the stock. Use stock in rice dishes and recipes that call for it.
- If tossing the turkey in sauce, do that as soon as you bring it out of the oven.
