- 1 pack Frozen Fish Fingers Birds eye or any good brand
Remove the fish fingers/fish sticks from all packaging.
Arrange the fish sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Leave spaces in between the fish.
Set the air fryer to 190C/390F. Air fry fish fingers for 4 minutes, flip them with a tong or spatula, and air fry them for another 4 minutes.
Take them out of the air fryer, and let them rest for 2 minutes.Serve and enjoy.
