- 1 kg Chicken tenderloins
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon Onion granules
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic granules
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Prep the chicken - Clean and pat the chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels. Transfer them to a bowl.
Make the marinade - Mix olive oil, paprika, onion granules, black pepper, garlic granules, salt, and Italian seasoning.
Marinate Chicken Tenders - Add the marinade to the chicken tenders and mix till they are evenly coated in the seasoning marinade.
Bake- Arrange the seasoned chicken tenders on a baking tray, leaving spaces between them.Place the tray in the middle of the oven and bake chicken tenderloins at 400F for 20 minutes. Serve- Bring out the tray and let the chicken tenderloins rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- You can use any flavorful seasoning to season the chicken tenders.
- Ensure the chicken strips are evenly coated in the seasoning.
- Leave spaces in between the chicken tenderloins. Don't overcrowd the baking tray.
- Let the chicken sit and rest for at least 5 minutes after cooking before serving. This allows the juice inside to redistribute for a juicy chicken.
- You can drizzle the chicken with a sauce like garlic butter, lemon butter sauce, or buffalo sauce.
