- 2 fillets Sea bass
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 tablespoon Olive oil
- Lemon juice optional
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
Mix paprika, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
Sprinkle the seasoning on all sides of the sea bass fillets.
Place a frying pan or skillet on medium heat.Add olive oil and when the oil is heated, gently arrange the fish fillets skin side down in the pan. Pan fry sea bass for 2-3 minutes, then gently flip them and fry the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
Take off the heat and serve on a plate.Squeeze some lemon juice on it and serve with any sauce and sides of your choice.
