Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • teaspoon Parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic granules
  • teaspoon Onion granules
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  • Pat chicken breasts dry with kitchen towels.
    Use a sharp knife or scissors to cut the chicken into thin slices.
    Tip: You can cut the chicken into cutlets if you prefer.
  • Mix paprika, Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic and onion granules, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.
  • Add the seasoning to the sliced chicken and mix till all are well combined.
    Tip: If you have the time, cover the chicken with clingfilm and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Arrange the marinated thinly sliced chicken breasts in the air fryer.
  • Air fry for 8- 12 minutes at 190C/390F. Toss the chicken or use a tong to flip them halfway through cooking.
  • Bring the basket out of the air fryer and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
    Serve and enjoy.

Notes

    • You can customize the herbs and spices to how you like them.
    • Thinest chicken will cook first so cut the chicken into similar slices so they cook evenly.
    • There is no need to preheat the air fryer for this recipe.
