Frequently Asked Questions
Curly fries are made by using a spiralizer to cut potatoes then soaking them, patting them dry before seasoning with paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and seasoning of choice.
No, you don't have to. Preheating makes the food start cooking immediately and in a shorter time. Also, some air fryers come with automatic preheating. I have found my Probreeze air fryer and Cosori basket type air fryer do not need preheating for most recipes.
This depends on the size of your air fryer. I use Cosori 5.5L, Probreeze 5.5litres, and Instant pot vortex 5.7 litres and they all fit 700g curly fries conveniently without overfilling the basket. A smaller air fryer will fit less. It's best not to fill more than half of the basket.
If it's preseasoned as most are and you are ok with the taste then you do not have to season them again. However, if you feel you want more salt or seasoning, or spice, then it's ok to season to ur taste.
