Nigerian Egg Stew (Egg Stew Recipe)

Hello people, as promised here i am blogging again 🙂 Today i'm giving you recipe for simple Nigerian egg stew. This is one of egg recipes you will like. It's quick and easy and i love simple egg recipes.

Egg stew is probably the most popular way of frying eggs in Nigerian homes. I like how easy it is to make and how delicious it tastes especially when paired with soft Agege bread or Boiled Yam. Do you like eggs? I do.

Without much talk let's cook:

HOW TO MAKE NIGERIAN EGG STEW

You only need few ingredients for this Egg Stew recipe:

INGREDIENTS
2 Salad or Plum Tomatoes
1 large Onion
5 large Eggs
1 Stock cube (divided)

Teaspoon Multipurpose Seasoning
1 Cooking Spoon Vegetable Oil

Salt

DIRECTIONS

1) Chop the Onion and tomatoes, add half of the stock cube and multipurpose seasoning then mix.

2) Break the eggs in a bowl, add the remaining half of the stock cube and salt then whisk.

3) Add Vegetable oil in a pan and put on low heat. Add in the onion and tomatoes mix. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes before adding in the whisked eggs. Use cooking spoon to stir and scramble the eggs till it's cooked (this takes about 3 minutes)

4) Take off heat, serve and enjoy with bread, plantain, yam or any other food of choice
