Ramadan meal planner

Wow! it's half way into Ramadan already. Sometimes time seems slow and sometimes fast. I know some of us are wishing it's over already. lol. Do not worry as there is always an end to everything.

I was meant to post this meal planner on Friday but I have had a very busy weekend. Apologies for posting it now but it's better late than never. So here is Ramadan meal planner from day 15-21.

Day 15

Sahour

Spagetti, boiled egg with meat balls and mixed vegetables

Iftar

Dates, milk and water

Oats and Moin moin

Day 16

Sahour

Semolina with Ogbono Okro soup, assorted meat or chicken and fish

Iftar

Pistachio nuts or groundnut

Fresh fruits, water

Yam pottage, grilled fish

Day 17

Sahour

Bulgur Pilaf, coleslaw and barbequed or grilled chicken

Iftar

Fresh fruits, yoghurt, water

Jollof beans with Garri or Bread

 

Day 18

Sahour

Rice, boiled beans, plantain with ayamase stew

Iftar

Cinnamon rolls

Fresh fruits/Fruit juice, water

Boiled yam, corned beef stew and steamed  mixed vegetables

 

Day 19

Sahour

Boiled plantain, efo riro and chicken

Iftar

Fruits, Water, Ice cream

Oven baked fish, yamarita and sofrito

Day 20

Sahour

Fried rice, vegetable salad, beef and assorted meat

Iftar

Fresh fruits/ fruit juice, water

Moin moin, vegetable salad and stewed beef

Day 21

Sahour

Eba/bulgur fufu/amala with lumpy kale egusi soup

Iftar

Dates

Orange juice, water

Boiled potato with chilli con carne
