Hello Kfam, here is the recipe for Zahmilah grilled fish. For this recipe, w used the Zahmilah sauce and K's Cuisine Multipurpose Seasoning. If you are wondering what Zahmilah sauce is and where to get Zahmilah sauce from, it's a sauce you can make yourself. The recipe is in the Zahmilah ebook which can be downloaded HERE . Zahmilah grilled fish

INGREDIENTS

Whole Fish (Used Croaker fish but you can use any fish of choice )

Zahmilah sauce

K's Cuisine Multipurpose Seasoning

Stock Cubes

Salt

DIRECTIONS

1) Descale, gut, clean the Fish, make slashes on it and marinate in and out with Zahmilah Sauce and K's Cuisine Multipurpose Seasoning

Grilled fish

2) Cover with foil and grill in the oven at 150C for 1 hour or till fish done

3) Bring out, take off the foil and return into the oven for another 5-10 minutes to brown the top.

Grilled Croaker Fish

4) Bring out from the grill, top or glaze with hot pepper sauce and that's Zahmilah grilled fish ready.

Enjoy with any side of choice. Below we served it with fried yam, plantain and hot pepper sauce.
