How Long To Bake Chicken Leg Quarters In The Oven

How long to bake chicken leg quarters in the oven varies depending on the oven temperature and how big or thick the chicken quarters are. Here's a guide I follow that works all the time:

How long to bake chicken legs in the oven at 400F/200C is 40- 45 minutes.

How long to bake chicken legs at 375F/175C is 50-55 minutes.

I don't recommend baking at a lower temperature.

It is cooked when the core temperature is at least 75C. The inside will be juicy, and there will be no blood. Also, the skin will be crispy and golden brown.
